About Me
Tatar, from Russia with love.
Open-minded, experimental and fun:)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Travel the world, getting the most out of each trip! I just love how diverse and beautiful human beings are and want to get to know as many nice people as I can:>
Interests
Currently I am doing Masters in Vienna and exploring Europe. Visiting places, experimenting with myself, meeting new people and new ideas drives my life and is a top priority for the next couple of years:)
Like taking pictures of the places I travel! Modest beginner in the art of photography😄
Also recently discovered mountain hiking, so #mysumner2020
is already planned out for the Austrian Alps!
Into social sciences and languages😀

Music, Movies, and Books
In my childhood, I was reading and re-reading Harry Potter and Eragon book series literally dozens of times😂 Now I mostly read non-fiction.
Some of my favorite books: "The Gadfly", "The Thon Birds", "His Dark Materials", some Russian authors (Boris Akunin and Mikhail Zygar).
LOVE TV shows, my favorites:
- Twin Peaks
- Suits
- American crime story
- Newsroom
- Pose
- Friends
- Glee
In movies like Arthaus. Also like contemporary theatre, it kind of pushes the borders of "normality"
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Crossed European part of Russia, Kazakhstan and North-West of China working on Silk Road Rally in 2017, and then did it again in 2019!
Teach, Learn, Share
Every time I try to teach people survival, Russian, we end up with Russian swearing words, well I am happy to help with both:>
Know a great deal about Russian civil movements, economy, and politics, will be happy to discuss these issues! Dreaming to see Russia a democratized developed country in the big family of European nations😌
Desperately looking for tips on hiking places in the Alps and traveling Central Europe! I would be happy to share my experience!
Also have been studying Asia professionally, know some things about China and other countries of the region. Read a lot about civil society, economic policy, addressing social problems and social sciences in general.
What I Can Share with Hosts
We can have a nice time walking around the city, having fun.
Also will be happy to spend time in a cozy place and have some nice talks, swim in a lake or hike the nearest hill😀
