Una cosa incredibile che ho fatto

Once, I was going to cook pasta, so while water was on the way to boil, I added some salt and a drop of olive oil (obviously in Spain we use it for everything). I remember I was listening "Autumn Sweater" by "Yo la tengo" and the water was getting warmer and warmer with the oil floating on the surface when suddenly, some kind of warm water current made the oil start turning around the saucepan following perfectly the song´s rhythm.

This dance lasted for almost a minute, becoming one of the most beautiful experiences of the last times.

I also got quite lost in the Himalayas.
