Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love to get to know new people and new cultures, and who could show you the culture of a country better than the people who live there?

Until now I had a few but very great experiences with Couchsurfing. I am amazed by the way it connects people. One of the best was to go hiking with a group of ca 15 members in Cordoba, Argentina.

I like traveling (of course^^, I'm constantly suffering from wanderlust..), music, good food, mountains, my dog and my cats, reading, ...

Music, Movies, and Books

music - My taste in music is relatively widely spread, but most of the times I listen to indie, house, reggae and sometimes latin music. And I love musicals.

movies - Mostly tragicomedies and films based on historical events, but once in a while I also enjoy actionfilms.

books - There are so many great books! Just two examples: I really liked 'And the mountains echoed' by Khaled Hosseini and 'The Century Trilogy' by Ken Follet.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

For me personally, one of the most amazing things in my life was a five-month-trip through South America after finishing university in 2016. I fell in love with this continent, its culture and its people. I wouldn't want to miss all the adventures and experiences.
