ABOUT ME

after school, i was an aupair in the united states for two years, where i met lots of other girls (and boys) from many different countries. i loved learning about their cultures and i loved meeting those people!now im back home in germany where i study at the moment. i see couchsurfing as a great way to still meet lots of interesting people with stories to tell!! and listen to mine if they want to ;-)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

i cant offer a couch (yet) but i would be very happy to meet people for a drink and show them around my city or just chat and exchange stories. i LOVE playing travel guide ;-)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

only tried in once so far, with a friend of mine in germany. we had a very very nice stay at a friendly guy`s place and we all had a freally good time, cooked together and spent nice evenings chatting and exchanging stories!

Music, Movies, and Books

movies: milk,amelie, i love you man, the hangover, date night, american beauty, donnie darko, pride&prejudice, lots more...
music: i generally like metal music (all kinds) but so much more, just everything that sounds good to my ears!
books: so many! i like classic literature (jane austen, bronte sisters, german classical authors and poets) but also criminal stories (favorite: komissar wallander)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

the most amazing thing ive done so far was, i think, snorkeling on hawaii and seeing sea turtles! amazing how they glide through the water in an elegant way even though theyre so big and rather clumsy on land

im very interested in languages and would love to learn as much as possible! at the moment, im taking a swedish class at university which is great fun!!
