CURRENT MISSION
Find a place where there's no English...
ABOUT ME
I'm a third year college student studying Accounting, Spanish, and French. This is my first time traveling outside the U.S. and so far it has been the best time of my life! I recently finished studying abroad in Grenoble, France for 3 months (until April 28th) and then traveled Europe by train for about 3 more months. I'm calm and respectful, but also outgoing and adventurous.
PHILOSOPHY
I want to live life to the fullest and to learn as much as I can along the way. For me, this means traveling the world to see what else is out there. I believe everybody is equal and that no country is necessarily better than another.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I've heard so many positive things about couchsuring, so now I'm finally going to try it out! More than anything I can't wait to meet new people and to have a completely different experience everywhere I go
Interests
More than anything I like to meet new people and cultures. Because of this I enjoy studying languages. I am studying Spanish, French, and German. I spend most of my time with friends, but variety is a must and I don't like too much routine. I also study accounting at my university and I dream to work internationally.

Music, Movies, and Books
I wish I had more time to read... But in general I love satirical books, two of my favorites being Catch 22 and Fahrenheit 451. I usually end up reading books in Spanish or French which, of course, takes longer. I just bought "Le Comte de Monte-Cristo" in French which I'm excited to read on my long train rides this summer! I think it should be read exactly how Dumas wrote it!
I love movies that have good plots and acting, and aren't just based around the action or horror. CGI is starting to annoy me... Some of my favorites (off the top of my head) are The Graduate, The Big Lebowski, Fight Club, La Haine.
I generally like anything foreign.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Seeing Europe through a local's perspective and being received by such hospitable hosts. This is much greater than any tourist attraction I've ever seen.
Teach, Learn, Share
I enjoy language exchanges and can teach English and/or Spanish to anyone interested.
