ABOUT ME

I have lots to learn and I want to learn from you too!

I try to learn as much as possible and also to share my knowledge and experience especially on the path to peace, joy, smiles and laughter in life.

We tend to focus a lot on the outside aspect of our world. However, there is also another side to it which is the inner side which we have to take care as well. For this, I practice meditation on a daily basis and send out good wishes to everyone, including YOU, yes YOU who is reading this!!! : -)

I have started dancing, now can dance some Bachata and little bit of Salsa and Zouk-Lambada. Dancing is something amazing.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

-Invited 1000+ people to my birthday party here in Vientiane and asked them to bring a joke or some story to share!

-3 months bicycle trip from Bangkok to Vietnam almost reaching Chinese border past Hanoi to the North-East side.

-Lead a workshop on "How to cope with stress joyfully" in which people have asked for more...
