Overview
About Me
I lived in Lebanon till I was 16, where I moved to the states for 6 years, Clearwater, FL and Chicago, IL . I moved back to lebanon after that, for 7 years, completing my BA in psychology and working in the Nonprofit sector (Greenpeace, GIZ, Search for Common Ground), focusing on community development, youth empowerment, peace building, and conflict transformation. I recently moved back to the states, to complete my masters at the University of Oregon in nonprofit management and conflict resolution, and explore what the west coast has to offer.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I first joined couchsurfing when a friend recommended it for traveling, meeting and socializing with locals. However, I never had the chance to use it, yet. I hope now that I'm back in the states to use it while exploring all the wonderful places on the west coast and in the country.
Interests
I am interested in the history of consciousness, social justice, community empowerment, middle east and U.S politics, religious systems, and psychology theories.
