well it changes from time to time.
I love Swimming or even just being in the water without doing anything.
Music, so much to hear in such a short life. Playing the harmonica and keyboards when I have the time.
Food!!! I think eating is a real hobby if not a way of life. whenever I am someplace new I try to taste as many new stuff as I can if it is eating outside or just buying things I don't know at the supermarket. And of course cooking, the art of food. this is also something I really enjoy when I have the time, especially doing some food experiments and trying new combination of stuff.

Exploring Nature. one can't get lost if he has no specific destination. I really like seeing nature whether it is hiking, walking or just strolling around the green parts of the city.

music: my personal favorite is Irish music and instrumental stuff, but in general I don't favor a music style. I can hear everything if it is good no matter if it is country music, rock or opera.
In the books section I am more into fantasy books from Harry Potter to The Chronicles of Amber.
movies: Mystery/Horror movies, Into the wild , fantasy, any "slightly more than average" holywood film.
TV series: any non-reality series that U can watch for entire day without getting up from the couch

I have met a lot of people and seen a lot of magnificent views in my life, I ate a lot of weird stuff and did my part of extremes.
but nothing can beats a nice evening walk in the the park with my dog.

it is kind of a CS cliche but I am always willing to learn things I don't know, the only thing that matters is the time needed. as for teaching I wouldn't know where to begin. nothing professional of course but if you want to learn how to make jogurt cheese or why the sky is blue or how computers and the internet work or a million other stuff just feel free to ask...
