We are a married couple that loves to explore, hold space for healing and share our love through our passions, random instances and just being in the world with an open heart.

Since we met 4 years ago we've been on a mission to impact the world for the better any way that we can.
We believe that by keeping positive intentions, sharing energy we cultivate through mindfulness and meditative practices, treating others how we wish to be treated, seeing the best in the people and experiences that present themselves and keeping an open heart... we can make a difference everyday in each moment.

We have wisdom, knowledge and experience in many subjects that empower you to create your own reality and live aligned with universal grace helping you to actualize your best self/potential through transformative practices carried out each day in each moment.

We love to be outside any chance that we can get to get some fresh air/energy and to keep an active lifestyle.

We both believe in the importance of living a holistic lifestyle so we have daily habits/rituals to strengthen our mind body and soul so we can be the change we desire to experience in the world.

We both work online which allows us the freedom to move around and be where we need to be in each moment.

Rana is a women's empowerment coach and a online marketing consultant.

Joseph works with men as a lifestyle empowerment coach Joseph also facilitates men's gatherings (circles) online.

Something that is quite unique about us is that we share the same birthday August 31 so that's always fun when it comes around and makes it easier to celebrate it on 1 day instead of 2.

We are both deeply connected to music Rana likes anything that speaks to her soul and makes her want to shake.

Joe grew up listening to oldies. Loves blues, jazz, house, hip hop, rock and basically everything else that isn't country (no disrespect lol)

Learning new things as we are always looking to expand our mind

We love to dance and sometimes we will play a song and groove out in our living room.

Holistic wellness: Qi Gong, Meditation, Yoga, Dance, Nutrition

We love to cook together and love to cook for others even more.

We love to be outdoors, hiking, camping. We feel most at home in nature in the forest and around bodies of water.

We love the work that we do and the magical, profound experiences we get to have with people who need someone to simply hear and see them as they are in their heart.

We both love movies it's hard to choose just one.

We sometimes do like to binge out on Netflix.

* Driving up the Alps in the midst of winter, it looked like a winter wonderland most amazing view I have ever seen!

* Travelling across Europe seeing all the ancient sites.

* Swimming with Dolphins.

* Played in an olympic developement soccer game when I was 15.

* Ridden a horse off the beaten path up a steep mountain range.

* I have lived in 5 different countries.
