While this may look like a hotel or resort, this is my private home and while couchsurfing is 100% free I do have strict rules about guests staying.

-100% No Cigarettes allowed.
-No pets.
-Absolutely no walking around the neighborhood.
-No smoking outside the property in the street.
-No kitchen access. (just microwave to use)

This 4 acre oasis in hidden inside of a quiet neighborhood and we respect our neighbors and do not want to cause them any inconveniences or stress.
