ABOUT ME

I am a Mexican born and lived in the U.S. for 10 years where I worked in computers. I moved back to Mexico in 2003.

I have a 20 hectare ranch but for the moment there are no cows, only crops (bananas, papayas, tomatoes, cucumbers, potatoes, peppers, etc.) I also have a citrus orchard.

I built an eco home with solar panels and a wind turbine. The well water is pumped with a solar pump for irrigation.

I am a guide for Mexico, the Yucatan and Central-America. I am also a partner in a proyect that develops ecological houses. I also grow organic produce, which I sell in the nearby village and to restaurants.

The ranch is a few km. from the Gulf of Mexico, near the fishing village of San Felipe. There are flamingo colonies and lots of wild life in nearby Rio Lagartos.

I have no car but I do have 2 motorcycles.

The ranch is remote and a perfect place to relax and enjoy nature.

I would like to meet anybody who is willing to help me out with my farm.

DIRECTIONS:
If you have a lot of luggage take a bus to Tizimin, I'd meet you at the bus station and we'd come back to the ranch by taxi (180 pesos).

If you only have a backpack I'd meet you in San Felipe at the Kiko Restaurant (which is at the main street). I'd pick you up with my motorcycle (no charge, just treat me for a meal at Kikos's which is inexpensive).

If you'd like to eat at my ranch I can prepare two meals a day with many organic ingredients for 100 pesos.
