I'm a dual citizen of the USA and Australia, a guitarist, composer, didgeridooist, and all around nice guy.

My experiences traveling, living in another country, staying with new and old friends, have been formative. There's nothing like a little perspective on ourselves and our world.

Couchsurfing doesn't let me add Gumatj, a dialect of the Yolngu Australian Aboriginal language group, on here. So if you can speak that, I'll finally have someone in the USA to practice with.

So much music. From Stravinsky to didgeridoo to singer-songwriter. I've played guitar and keyboards in all kinds of bands and have a composition degree and have written for orchestra, so I can geek out with you on many kinds of music.

I love film, and have done music for lots of indie films. My tastes lean towards "fine cinema" as opposed to popcorn movies.
