ABOUT ME
Randy
Mostly I do my own thing. I like to hang out, party, and have fun whenever I can. I tend to go out way more than I should, and one day my liver is going to pay the price ;)
I'm pretty laid back, and spend most of my day how awesome it is to be alive...then at night I put that into practice.
Although I've travelled, it was always with a job. I worked on a cruise ship for 2 years sailing around the Caribbean, and did a 6 week road trip across America with Rock the Vote (a organization that uses Musicians to get young people to vote). I will be doing way more in the future.

My parents love to travel, and I got the travel bug from them! I travel for my work as a flight attendant, and like to spend my days off at fashion events helping out or covering them for my blog. I love New York, Hong Kong, and of course Paris. I want to explore other cultures, and places I have never been before. When I was a teen I spent my summers in Quebec, and participated in a volunteer project in Dominican Republic. I love languages and studied linguistics in University. I recently enrolled in a Mandarin class.
PHILOSOPHY
Randy
I'll quote my favourite philosopher:
"A human being is a part of the whole, called by us Universe, a part limited in time and space. He experiences himself, his thoughts and feelings as something separated from the rest-a kind of optical delusion of his consciousness. This delusion is a kind of prison, restricting us to our personal desires and to affection for a few persons nearest to us. Our task must be to free from this prison by widening our circle of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole nature in its beauty." - Albert Einstein

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Randy
Being the videographer on the Rock the Vote tour bus during the 2008 U.S. election was incredible. I got to interview over a dozen big name musical groups, help register voters, and watch Obama get elected at a private party. I even made it into a photo in an American newspaper. One of the best times in my life.

When I was 16, a group of about 20 of us went from my high school to the mountains in the Dominican to volunteer bringing supplies and building a house in a small community. At first it was a real culture shock, but everyone was so friendly that we soon felt at home. For many of the students with me, it was their first away from home or even on an airplane. We got back to nature and friendship and what it's all about without iphones and shopping malls.
