One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went backpacking in southern colorado for 30 days with Outward Bound West. It was the hardest thing I've ever done, not because of the work, which was grueling, but because of the people. After making it through that with nobody killing anyone else, I find that I can put up with a lot more than I used to be able to.

You know those little rings around the top of water bottles? did you know that if you recycle the bottle without removing that ring, most recycling plants will accept them nowadays? ... that is, they will take the bottle, bale it, ship it to china, and someone in a sweatshop will cut the ring off for you.
