Life is shorter than most of us think. Enjoy it while you can (P). Practice random acts of kindness and beauty. Try to make a positive difference in other prople's lives(C).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
We prefer to host at the weekends.

We couch surfed with some lovely people in India, Australia and NZ and are looking forward to meeting visitors to the UK now we are back home.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Hitchhiking leading to amazing acts of hospitality in Europe and USA. I've been given an address in a different state in USA and on arrival just given a room, no questions. So open and welcoming. In Midwest (in an electric storm) I was given a ride (to a campsite) guys couldnt put me out in that so went to their gig and slept in the van with the gear. etc etc

Interests

Travel; Scuba diving; walking; food; sudoku (why did I ever discover this!); jazz/blues;

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Stood by Iguacu falls in Brazil; trekked to Annapurna base camp;Walked the Inca trail to Macchu Pichu; Flown over the Nazca lines; brought up a son, Swam with dolphins.
