I've been described multiple times as a "lovable goof". Not entirely sure what that means.

Still roaming' about the USA, counting trees, cutting trees, burning trees, etc. as a Forestry Technician with the US Forest Service. I get to see a lot of really beautiful places!!

Now just trying to see the world and the rest of the USA!

I'm happy to be on this site- this community is wonderful and I believe it offers the opportunity to make some wonderful connections AND connect with people you'd otherwise never meet. Plus, it's a great place to exchange information and stories :-)

Typically I am travelling alone, so it's nice to have someone to show me around and explore with.

Interests

Travelling, exploring new cities/areas, reading, hiking, mountaineering, skiing, snowshoeing, canoeing and paddling, target shooting, meeting new people, drinking beers :-)

It is so hard to break your interests down into list form, or at least it is that way for me!

If you could not tell yet, I enjoy being outdoors.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Flying around in helicopters while fighting wildfires across the US. Wildfires help make some of the most beautiful sunsets :-)
