PHILOSOPHY

Ya live life once until proven otherwise! There's no need to have your life determined by the hive! Karma, Trophism, Get what ya give by 10.

Our minds are caged by Mother Culture and the mind-numbing wheels of Consumerism! Set it free! Most are 'brain-washed' by governments with the short-term reflex actions required to keep them and us in greedy wasteful disposable lifestyles where only the top of the pyramid profit. Aspire to better than this - Action speaks louder than words!

WE are the #1 problem with the world - the only species that spits in the face of mother nature/the gods by not limiting our #s to suit our environment, and further modifying our environment to exclusively suit our selfish consumerism. We gobble up rainforests, the 'livers' of Earth, to plant tobacco, coffee, and sugar cane - two of Culture's and Earth's greatest cancerous drugs. God gave man 'Dominion over the Earth'? - Then it's not my God! I live in it, not over it, and I like sharing - especially with animals! We imagine ourselves the only species with self awareness, the ability to communicate, and right to live on Earth - we aren't even the 1st! But we should be modelling for up-and-comers (eg dolphins, chimps, apes) still evolving, while we make ourselves weaker through govt funding cattle to make babies and encouraging consumerism by that supports only the rich. If you have anything you feel the need to stand up for in terms of social justice, the environment, politics, whatever, Consider: would you rather temporarily remedy a mere symptom of illness, or maybe you should nip the bud at the cause! It'll be more painful if we force Nature to do it for us. It's warning us now with resistant pathogens, global warming, etc...

It's reported that any of the industries of entertainment (music, video, sports), religion, military, medicine, insurance, or law profits in the US alone could feed the world x7! Similarly (as Nickelback sings) the amount of food wasted in the US could also feed the world x7! Yet the numero UNO cause of death in the world is starvation and related illness! And we wonder why 3rd world countries that get the opportunities resort to terrorism? How would you feel watching your family die for easily preventable causes and then see the waste of the West? Do you think anyone would choose to be an Ethiopian if they could've chosen to be Western? Yes, some people are ignorant enough to keep breeding beyond the limit of the food source in their environments, but that's everyone's problem! Their lack of education eventually leads them to destroy everyone's environment to survive. The proactive solution starts with us. Every wastage is an insult to your creator/Nature! Stop paying for wasteful industries mentioned above (ok to enjoy em, just don't pay!). If there wasn't such a demand for entertainment, lawyers, medical pracs, insurance, etc, they couldn't charge so much, and there wouldn't be such a demand for em! Stopping consumerism starts with us! Vote Green - it gets noticed no matter who wins! And they're right, we don't need to work 50-70 hrs/wk, we have machines now to do most of our work, that which is required should be distributed such that only a 3-4 day work week is necessary, working down to 1. Imagine how much better civilization could be if we weren't forced to work like ants/bees and we could devote our time to self-improvement and our environment?

Everyone should grow a large portion of their own food - it'll give a greater appreciation for effort required to grow it, decrease pressure on the environment, limit technology demands (eg GMO, overfishing), and provide greater health. No room, use your roof! Imagine all that real estate wasted, turned green! Global warming Solved! Go Vegans (I'm not, but try a little).

PS: I generally view the world a lot lighter in an effort not to bring people down, and I have many + thoughts/solutions to share also. However, fear stimulates concern, action - that's why politicians, lawyers, insurers, priests, and the medicine industry live easiest in the hive/pyramid...

Been mainly hosting and guiding for my guests! Done a few Surfs myself! Bit jaded I couldn't get a couch travelling recently and chicks with no hosting/experience could.
