well, am an outgoing person who enjoy cafe's and pub, love reading at the same time have a passion for food and nature.
my ideal weekend would be hiking the mountains, camping or taking a drink at a pub where you can actually hear you friends conversations.
spent my free time growing up in the boy-scout movement and volunteering for NGO that are dedicated for society development. This led me to do masters in peace studies in Rome and also becoming a part time personal development trainer.
Enjoy spending time with friends, and working together on developing the town we live in any way we can (better environment, book clubs etc..)
My friends would describe me as calm but energetic at the same time, optimistic and outgoing.

I heard about this website from a lot of Friends in Beirut that are loyal couch-surfers and they advised me it will really help feeling home in the upcoming year when moving to Greece..
I have been offered a promotion in my company which will require me to move to Athens.
As I enjoy making friends, discovering new culture, exploring the city and hiking the mountains while also get a sense of the historic aspect, I thought this is right the platform to start with as am planning to make the most of my move.
when moving to another country, you leave a whole life behind and I truly want to keep doing the same hobbies, interest and adventures. I really hope couch surfing will be the one connecting me to the people of Athens and make my move a little bit easier.

the life experience I got when appointed leader of the scout group in my town. leading 100 people for 5 years into becoming the persons they are today, and being involved in volunteering events plus camping weeks in the nature changed me as a person.
