ABOUT ME

My name is Rania, I am half Greek, half Lebanese and I grew up in Athens, Greece. I recently graduated as an environmental engineer and will be starting my masters in Copenhagen in September. I love meeting new people and sharing their different cultures. I like looking at the world from different perspectives, and I believe every individual has something to teach me.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I believe that visiting a different country as a couchsurfer and not just as a tourist offers a completely different experience. If you are lucky you can get to see the real city through the eyes of a local, and nothing can beat that!

Interests

I love sharing moments with my friends. I love cooking and discovering new recipes from around the world. I love enjoying a sunny day outside. And I read as much as I eat.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Spent a summer working in Ios, Greece one of the top ten party islands in the world. Then tried to beat that so spent a summer working in Ibiza :P Met some amazing people from all ever the world in both places and lived some crazy moments! Definitely would do Ibiza again some time.
