I love hearing about and getting to know different beliefs, views,lifestyles and realities and how we tell them. Meeting new people always fascinates me and my favorite thing is to make people laugh. I'm not that bad at it too :)

Hey everybody,
Hope you finds this profile a bit interesting.

###small update#### I know it can be a bit of a controversial matter for some people but it is important to mention this. I am fully vaccinated for covid-19 (Pfizer vaccination).

I'm Ran, 37 years old (long live the 30's!).
I am travelling around the world for a while now. A nomadic traveler they call me. Don't even know how this happened.
After having settled and living for 5 years in the glorious city of Melbourne, I packed my bag and well, started travelling all over the world. It's been a crazy, fun, amazing and exhausting for over 5 years now. A man without a base apparently, who would figure.

I do not even know where to begin to describe this journey. Ups, downs and everything in between. I have seen a lot and met so many amazing people along the way. For that I will always be grateful. I really appreciate the amazing fortune and luck I have to be able to go on a long journey like this. I defiantly do not take it as granted.
I'm a social worker in my profession and heart and I worked in different areas of social work in the past few years, including Child Protection, mental health, youth and drug and alcohol. I love my profession and to help people in need. I really heart the fringes of society and I truly believe that's where social movement and change is happening. I hope I'm part of the solution and not part of the problem if you catch my drift.

For me, meeting new people from different culture, backgrounds and life circumstances is the nicest thing a person can do, so i'm waiting to meet you all! Everyone has an interesting story right?
But do not get me wrong. Travelling for so long also opened my perception and awareness about less positive aspects of travelling, especially sustainability, ecology and this wonderful planet we live in and of course indigenous people rights over development.
If this all sounds a bit wanky sometimes I want you all to know that I can be cool and funny too :))))
