Overview
About Me
Since my birth I had to deal with many strokes of fate, but one of the worst was my displacement to Reken, a backwater far from any semblance of civilization, for most of my youth. At least that is how it feeled back than. In fact, it is a quite idyllic small-town north of the Ruhr area.
Anyway, I consider myself a open-hearted and tolerant guy.
Weird and black sense of humor.
After beeing in Poland for half an year doing a international voluntary service at a local kindergarden, I moved to Bremen in 2011 to study history and cultural studies. Since Autumn 2014, I live in Leipzig.
Philosophy:
Anarchist, intersectional feminist, atheist. There is no meaning of life other the one you create yourself.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
How I participate in Couchsurfing:
I host people and surf couches, take part in some events if I feel like it - That is what couchsurfing is about, isn't it?
Interests
I love to read, enjoy music (especially on vinyl) and philosophize (alone and together with others) about life and existence. Getting to know other points of view towards life and existence is a think I really enjoy. I am interested in many different kinds of culture - written, sung, painted, modeled, filmed...
NOTE, IMPORTANT!: I am also interested in hosting people who really still breath the spirit of old Couchsurfing and are also interested in me as a person, not just as a free hostel. To prove that you have looked at my profile instead of sending the same standard request to 10 random people, include the words "Jex Thoth" in your request. Otherwise I will NOT host you.
I get more and more requests from people who apparently do not seem to care at all about the hosts they meet and just seek a free bed.
I accept there are people who have a different vision of CS. But please also tolerate mine. And please don't consider this as unfriendly or harsh. Somehow I get far more requests than I can handle . So my codeword is just a way of choosing the compatible people and make sure that the stay will be nice for both of us :-)
