ABOUT ME

I'm an open heart-on-my-sleeve kind of person. I'm passionate about art and creativity and play. I'm a dreamer, but I have a doer side too. I'm sensitive to my own and the feelings of people around me. I don't like to impose myself. I try to live healthily and openly but also be focused on making ideas and projects happen.

PHILOSOPHY

Don't take life for granted. It's important to be happy and to explore and to be curious. But ya' gotta build things too and make decisions carefully, balancing many different things you want, often on different time scales. But all the while, it's important to follow your passion, be happy and nice to yourself and positively energize the people around you.

Interests

Music is the main passion in my life. I am also really into movement, especially lately. I spend much of my time thinking or practicing both these things. I love to be physical. I do Yoga as much as possible. I also have quite a broad interest in...things in general. What am I not interested in? Anyhow, I love science. I love ideas. I love culture!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I managed a volunteer program for a jazz festival with close to 500 volunteers for two summers....

I've made music/movement art with my band Lila!
