About Me
Hi there,
I am Raphaele, French women of 38 y.o.
Born in Paris but grew up in Grenoble a city all surrounded by mountains.
I studied then in Marseille by the Mediterranean Sea for 3 years.
I moved to Amsterdam and lived there 8 years.
After that I lived in Malta for almost 3 years.
Moved then back to France to spend 2 years in Bordeaux
And spent the last 3 years in Slovenia, ljubljana and discovered the ex yougoslavia & Balkan region!
I enjoyed a lot discovering new surrounding & new way of living!
I am easy going and I believe able to adapt easily. I would say also very positive and enthusiast person.
Oh and also I am not looking for any kind of hookup or things like that, so please abstain if this is your way yo do coachsurf
I took a sabbatical leave of 6 months (march-sept 2019) and decided to spend it around Mongolia, Baikal lake, Kazakhstan, Kirghizistan and Tadjikistan.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I obviously heard about Couchsurfing but never subscribed... until recently.
I’ve just finished a 6months journey through Central Asia and I’ve met so many people telling me how great this was to meet locals and how great time they had, that I decided to try.
Surely what I appreciate the most is discovering local traditions & culture. Discovering breathtaking landscape is of course great but I prefer by far the human dimension.
It seems that couchsurfing is a great way to get to know people and I love this idea.
As I am new here, I don’t have many review yet so I guess you will have to give it a try ;-)
