About Me

I love Life and I love to live life fully.
I am a respectful person and like to keep things clean and tidy. I don't drink alcohol, don't smoke, even though I respect people who do.

my passion is to study the jazz harp. I love personal growth and I aim to live to my full potential each day. I play the pedal harp and the cross-strung chromatic harp (jazz world music, improvisation and my own compositions), the jazz piano, the celtic flute (tin-whistle), the Irish concertina. I am vegetarian since my birth, eat organic food, mostly vegan, love raw food 80/10/10, I am cooking simple yet tasty food. I love to live healthy and consciously, to get up early, do sports (running outdoors, calisthenics, yoga, trekking...) and meditation.

I've been travelling to many countries and love open people who live their dreams and share their passions.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I played Irish music on the street as a teenager with my father and realized it is so much fun to share your joy how you are, no matter if you are a beginner or unperfect

walking on the Arunachala mountain in South India at full moon. So silent and vibrant. With the energy of a few 100000 other people surrendering in love and devotion

Teach, Learn, Share

I love to teach and share Irish music, teach or jam on jazz standards, share about personal development, high fruit raw vegan diet, live fully in the present moment with mindfulness, do trekking, yoga, Qi-qong or running together, I'd like to learn about mountain climbing and try it. I am learning how to write great songs in English.

What I Can Share with Hosts

play music or jam - cook simple vegetarian/vegan/raw food - clean the dishes, clean the house - brainstorm any project
