I'm Raphaël, a queer guy of 33 years old. Born and raised on a French island, pretty far away from France but still a french department ! It's a unknown tropical paradise in the middle of the Indian Ocean with one of the most active volcano on Earth called Réunion Island. Here is a little sample of it : https://vimeo.com/32215768

When I turned 20, I decided to go discover the world and I landed in Madrid, in Spain. Awesome first BIG moving. I met people from all over the world. It was the beginning of an unstoppable frenzy !

So far I've been travelling a few times a year. And lived in 5 different location, 3 different countries : Reunion Island, France ; Madrid, Spain ; Bordeaux, France ; Paris, France ; Boston, MA, USA.

I have settled in Paris where I live with my husband and still love travelling, more and more mostly by train and trying to find new ways of enjoying our travels as we care for the environment.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

Travelling is a passion. I'm very social and like to meet new guys. I like travelling alone but meet people who can show me around and share there experience of the city with me it's great.
The combo special experience/meeting new guys/saving money is everything I could wish for.

I would have loved to be able to receive guests but unfortunately, it's not easy for me at the moment.

Intereses

I like going out, any kind of adventure, walking until getting lost.
I enjoy listening to music and dancing.
Pretty much everything actually. From this point of view I'm a child, I get excited about everything.

Could I say that meeting new people is a hobby ?

Music : Rihanna has a special place in my heart. But I like pretty much everything from pop to classic, it depends the mood I'm in. A few of my favorites are : Rihanna, Ava Max, Angèle, Tchaikovsky...
Films : I like dramas, comedies, thrillers, actions, comedies... it depends what I'm in a mood for, but I would most likely watch a drama.
Books : I like reading novels, thrillers
