Hello! I'm Raquel and I'm a very friendly person who really loves travel and meet new people in each place. Also I've worked in different places with so many different people and that's made me realize how different we are and how interesting is to meet new cultures and learn from it!

I like big cities and I think each city has something special, but also I love the nature and sometimes I like to go to the mountain to disconnect and breathe fresh air.

I like going out with friends to bars at night, listening music and always have something interesting or different to do.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think it's a good and cheap way to travel and meet people at the same time. Also it's good to visit places with people who lives there, cause they know all and they can show you things than a regular tour or map can't.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've been two years working in a hotel at the United States in summer (first year in Colorado and this year in North Carolina), and I decided to come here alone. At first it was so scary because it was a new country, new culture and new people, but soon I've realized how much I've won with this experience and how much I've grewn as a person.
