My name is Raquel and I am 23 years old. At the moment I am travelling around Latinoamerica with 3 friends, and we are living in Santiago de Chile -where we are doing our internship.

Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

I am a couch sourfer beacause I think is the best way yo travel and learn from the local people.
A long time ago I met a guy who has been travelling around the world with couchsourfing, and he recomended it to me.

Centres d'intérêt

I love travelling, but overall I enjoy tasting different food.
I play volleyball as well; I really like healthy life and sports.
Last summer I went to India with a voluntaring program and it was an incredible experience.
At the moment, I am studing nursing un Spain and I hace just one year left to finish my degree.

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

I love reading (Isabel Allende is my favourite writer) and going to the cinema (Seven, Like crazy, Before Sunrise... )
I also love dancing and listening to music, specially pop music.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

Last summer I went to India wih a voluntaring program. There, I worked as a nurse for one month and the next month I was the teacher of 20 amazing Indian girls. I think it was an incredible experience where I saw another reality, because I lived with local people. I realised that even though they had "nothing", they offered me everything, and their smiles were very touching. Awesome.
