About Me

Hi!
I'm 21 and I'm studying to be a teacher at the University of Valencia and I would like to specialize in therapeutic pedagogy. I love to travel and I like to meet cultures, not only as a tourist, also the costumes of the city.
From 2 year ago I discovered a very important person for me and from there, she has become my traveling companion. Her name is Mar. (https://www.couchsurfing.com/people/mar-rodríguez-2)
We and others students in our university class are volunteers in a school with risk of social exclusion. We are very proud to change the life of these children and make them happier. I'm also on a Scout group doing activities with children between 7 and 11 years and instilling values.
Mar and I went on a trip to Rome last summer and had a great time. Every day we made friends anywhere and laughed throughout the trip, however, we would like to have visited the city with someone local.
This time, we would like to fulfill our desires with help of couchsurfing.
About our character, we are very open and nice. We do not lack topic of conversation and always have a smile for you. We like to discuss about the points of view of every person on a topic and find exciting stories about travels and lifestyle of different people in the world.
Now we are in Erasmus in Poland, in a city near Cracovia. We want to continue travel and meeting people and we think that the best option to travel is with Couchsurfing.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am on this site because I love to travel and I like to go around the world truly know the culture of each place. I want to get away from the point of view of tourists and closer to that of a local person.
I think the couchsurfing community is a great way to see cities or small towns from another point of view. It is also a fun way to travel because you meet great people will surely not forget.

Interests

I am a little shy at first but then I can not stop laughing and talking nonsense. I love singing, reading, cooking sweet deserts, partying in the night and making trips like crazy. I'm obsessed with travel, every day I look at a web page offers to see where it could go. One of the things I like to do before I die is to go to the airport and catch the first available flight to anywhere; It would be a great adventure.

Music, Movies, and Books

I do not like a band or a style in particular. However, I am now addicted to a genre of music closer to reggae and ska, to denounce the present Spanish education system. I also like electronic music and soundtracks of films like Amelie or Forest Gump.
About movies I think the same, I like all genres: romantic, comedy or suspense; except for horror (if I see one of these surely I will not sleep in a year).
