Soy una chica española llena de energía y siempre activa haciendo cosas. Tímida al principio...pero siempre feliz de ayudar a cualquier viajera/o.

Nací y crecíen una pequeña ciudad del norte de España, pero después me mudé a Madrid a estudiar en la universidad. Hice Erasmus (intercambio cultural) en Atenas hace 4 años, donde estuve viviendo por un año. Ahora, estoy de paseo por Latinoamérica con mi pareja, haciendo circo-teatro-música a donde quiera que vaya.

I born and grow up in a town on the north of Spain, León; but then I moved to Madrid to study in the university. I was erasmus in Athens four years ago; now, I travelling around in South America. Next year, I will see what the future holds for me again!!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Por qué en Couch? Obvio! Lo mismo que todo el mundo: conocer gente nueva y tener experiencias con ellas/os! Por qué no me uní antes? Todavía me hago esa pregunta a mi misma...

No hay mejor manera para conocer como funciona la vida en otros países que compartiendo con sus gentes. Los pequeños diferencias culturales te hacen cambiar tu cerrado punto de vista! Importantísimo para tener una mente abierta y crecer como persona! creéanme que ya me ha ocurrido harto desde que estoy por latinoamerica.

Why am I on Couchsurfing? Obvious! The same as everybody: meet new people and get new experiences with them! Why I din't join to Couchsurfing before? I'm still asking myself about that!

There is not better way to know how life works than meeting people from other countries. The small cultural differences can change your point of view!! And that is really important to have an open mind and to grow as a person.

Interests

Se podría decir que las artes son mi interés principal. Ya terminé mi grado en Conservación y Restauración de Patrimonio Cultural (arte y antigüedades), pero sobre todo me interesa ser profesora de artes, no sólo las plásticas, ya que creo que son un motor de cambio social!!

Me encanta hacer montañismo, lo disfruto mucho. Todos los veranos trato de hacer alta montaña y en invierno hago pequeñas rutas o escapadas a la naturaleza. Creo que mi amor por la montaña y naturaleza viene de los scouts! si, soy scout desde los 10 años.

El circo es otra de mis actividades favoritas. Aunque estoy aprendiendo malabares y no controlo mucho todavía, siempre me he dedicado más a la parte organizativa de circo. Juegos de mesa como "Black Stores", Munchkin, Wizard, Dixit, CAH...u otros juegos para jugar sentado y en cerrado suelen ser una buan opción para pasar una tarde!!

Arts could be said as my main interest. I've already finished my degree on Conservation of Cultural Heritage (artworks and antiquities) and I love it so... I would like to teach arts in the future. We need to use arts to bring about positive and meaningful social change.!!

I love hicking, the mountain and the nature. Every summer I tend to do a hard hike, and during the rest of the year I try to do small routes to enjoy the landscape and the nature (not always possible, I'm always really busy :( ). I think my love for this stuff is thanks on Scouts! Yes, I'm also Scout since I have 10. But I have to clarify something: I don't like military stuff, I don't like uniforms or to salute the flags. My "Scout way of life" is different from the usual.

Circus is also an amazing activity. I would like to do more circus! but I recognaise I'm a bit lazy to be trainning normally,.. Since last year, I involve in some social circus projects, one of them in Cochabamba, where I currently stay. By the way, I'm one of the organizer of a Universitary Circus Convention in Madrid; It is called EUCIMA. No tengo un estilo de música favorito... en realidad disfruto casi cualquiera, pero si tengo que elegir unoes el ska y sus variantes. También ahora disfruto mucho la música afro, que he ido descubriendo en mi estancia por latinoamérica. De hecho, pertenezco a una batucada de música afrobrasileña y estoy yendo a Colombia a aprender cumbia colombiana!

Perlículas y directores...Soy bastante fan del cine, y he de reconocer que me gusta el cine raro. Igualmente, me gusta el humor de los Monthy Paiton, Chaplin y Woody Allen. Me gusta también el estilo de Haneke, Tarantino, Wes Anderson, Lanthimosy los Hermanos Coen. Y amante también de Hayao Miyazaki!!

Regarding books.... South-american writers are my favourites, and I also like a lot spanish literature.
