About Me

I am a person who decided to be happy. I decided to go after what feels good, go after what makes me happy.
The phrase that guide my actions is: "What the other does for me has to do with what it is; how I react has to do with what I am."
I still have faith in humanity and believe that human beings are good by nature. We just forget this some times.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I decided to be part of the CS because I love the contact with different people and cultures. In a society in which people do not trust each other, CS is a kind of protest against the consumer, luxury and violence. It's a way to return to a time when there was trust, a time when the doors of the houses were always open to known and unknown. CS is, why not, a way of love.

Interests

I am a psychologist and I love reading. I also like receiving visits, visiting sights, walking in the park, and especially being with friends and family.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The three most important or most memorable moments were: View the sunrise in a canoe in the middle of the Amazon River, Crossing the Brooklyn Bridge on foot (and alone) and the sunset in Brasilia (every time I get excited)

What I Can Share with Hosts

I hope the guests feel very comfortable in my house.
Although I can not offer a room, I'll do as much as possible so they have privacy in the living room.
I leave the house very early on weekdays (6:30) and I usually come back around 18:00. I usually leave a key with my guests so that they feel more comfortable.
I do not usually eat meals at home, so my fridge is always empty. But if guests want to cook and eat meals at home, they can use the kitchen at will. I ask only to leave everything organized later.
Thursdays a cleaning lady cleans the house and unfortunately guests have to get up early that day (she arrives at 07 am).
