About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Experience the world.

ABOUT ME

I'm a 20 year old from New York who attends University in Texas, but is studying abroad in Austria currently. I love traveling, seeing new places, and experiencing different cultures and lifestyles.

PHILOSOPHY

There's so much out there in the world, and my goal is to experience as much of it as possible. I strongly believe that all people have good intentions and want what is best for themselves and the world, and the main reason people have feuds is because they disagree about the best path towards a better world.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Right now, I'm living in a dormitory and travelling on weekends. I appreciate that the CS community is here to help with that, and as soon as I'm living on my own, I'm going to make sure I have a couch that I can welcome surfers to crash on =)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

None yet, but I'm optimistic!

Interests

Coffee, knitting, dancing, chocolate, and music are big ones for me.

Music, Movies, and Books

Some of my favorite movies are Chocolat, 10 Things I Hate About You, and He's Just Not That Into You, but I find that somewhat embarassing to admit.

My favorite bands right now are Of Montreal, The Postal Service, Band of Horses, Sleeperstar, and We Are Scientists.

My favorite books are 1984 by George Orwell, The Realm of Possibility by David Levithan, Looking for Alaska by John Green, and the Harry Potter Series by JK Rowling.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most amazing thing I've seen recently was a biosphere inside a geodesic dome designed by Buckminster Fuller himself, in Montreal, Canada. Science was a big part of my childhood, and I'm a sucker for Bucky's super-modernistic designs.

Teach, Learn, Share

I could teach knitting =)

Countries I’ve Visited

Canada, United Kingdom

Countries I’ve Lived In
