ABOUT ME

I work in the farm of my parents, in the Abruzzo region. We make wine, olive oil, and we run an agriturismo with few apartments. In the winter time i usulally fly to Asia to have a 4-5 months holydays to recover myself... I was studying western philosopy in the university but 13 years ago i started doing Yoga and Meditation and now i feel much more relaxed and confident than before.
