Once while waiting at an airport, I saw a little girl walking with her father. She stopped suddenly and asked her father is they could play. He sat there with her mid-path with no care in the world, as she opened her little bag and brought out her three dolls and handed him the rabbit. They both sat there on the floor pretend-playing as people walked by. The father's attention did not flinch from the silly game for the whole 20 minutes as he made up rabbit dialogues and responded to the scene set up by his daughter and her other two dolls. As I watched their game unfold, I was overcome by the greatest desire to get to know the little girl and who seemed at that moment like the greatest father in the world! I always catch myself wondering, how many interesting people in the world have I gone without knowing because I did not gather up the courage to walk up to them?
Fairly introverted, CS is a great platform for me to meet some of those interesting people I'd have otherwise never known. I cherish learning that ordinary people with extraordinary stories, bring to my life!
Deeply passionate at heart and wild generalist by intellect. I have been working for years now in building meditation and virtue-based curriculums for school children, and have lots to talk about philosophy, religion and other things alike!
