Interests

I love cooking and writing. I bake for a market, teach private cooking classes and tutor English. I love interesting movies and anything hilarious. I like traveling (I'm from New Zealand) and I love reading, especially 19th century Russian, French and English novels but I love good contemporary fiction, psychology and spirituality books as well. I have two beautiful children who are my life's work at the moment. They go to a Steiner school.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I was younger my Mum and I went outside in the dark one evening to get the washing off the line. I looked up into the sky and saw two UFOs, big white lights about the size of half moons, gliding silently and unblinkingly across the sky toward each other. We stared, gaping, and thinking they were going to crash and land on our farm. Then one just dipped, passed underneath the other, then ascended back up onto its trajectory, and they both continued smoothly to opposite horizons
