I'm a really outgoing guy, I like to be social and have people around me (happiness is only true when sheared!).
Most of my time I spend outdoor; Hiking, kayaking, climbing, diveing, running, mountaineering, skiing, rafting, so yea almost everything there is to do outdoor. But most of all I like to spend time kayaking down rivers all over the world, I'm totally in love with rivers and kayaking and have padled i many diffrent countrys.

When I relax I like to watch a movie's, read, play board game, cook good food, or what ever else there is to do :)

I work as a glacier, kayak, hiking and rafting guide mainly in Norway, and like to travel, and being outdoor, which is what I spend 95% of my time doing!

I love most movies and I have alot myself but to name a few that I like: Grand torino, Batman, Ironman, Forest Gump, Ted, jackass, the intouchables and so on.
Books that I like is: Harry Potter and books about body language, training, healthy food, biographies of interesting people.

Hmm Music... I like almost all typs of music, but listen most to hip-hop, pop and eletronic.
