I am a bicycle technomad. Worked at Amazon.com for a little over 6 years, lived like a monk, saved up some funds and then quit to explore. Lived for first 5 months of 2014 in India while working for Amazon in their Bangalore office during which I trekked Nepal, kite surfed Sri Lanka, and did a bunch of traveling around that region. Took a 3 month leave in Summer of 2015 and explored Balkans, Baltics, and Scandinavia by bicycle. Now I'm heading down to Central America.

I'm socially conscious, considerate, and grateful for the good fortune I've been afforded in life.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

I'm more comfortable being a host than a guest. I'm more comfortable wild camping on the down-low than being a guest. I've had some amazing hosts, I'm sincerely grateful to each of them, and I'm a very gracious guest. But honestly, I find it challenging to accept hospitality. Couchsurfing is my attempt to become more comfortable with it.
