ABOUT ME

Animal welfare, animal rights and social justice issues. I rescue kittens and volunteer at various shelters and events. I do social services work generally, but have done a variety of work -from teaching in International schools abroad to working for the gov't. I love reading, movies, writing, learning and have traveled a bit. I have studied Spanish and tried to learn a few other languages, including Bahasa Indonesia.

Live an anti-consummerist life, respect animals, critically think everything.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I think it's a great idea as far as helping people to travel cheaply and communally. Hotels are so expensive and isolating! I am an excellent host and surfer!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have surfed once in Seattle and had a lovely experience.
