Overview
About Me
I'm software developer from Bratislava, Slovakia.
I'm trying to live active life, travel as much as possible and visit new places.
I am practicing fencing for more than 15 years. I was member of national team, thanks to it I was able to travel quiet lot and saw many countries and cultures. Currently due to injury I'm just coaching kids and refereeing.
In my spare time I also enjoy doing various other sports - hiking, skiing, biking, running, but I also enjoy going to music festivals or just grab a beer with my friends - especially if we are competing in pub quiz during that.
I'm open-minded, positive, optimistic and talkative person.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Main reason I joined couchsurfing is that you can get to know every country/city much better if you have some locals who can give you some advises and recommendations for cool places or be your local guides.
Also I'd rather sleep on couch and invite my host for a beer than spend those money for hotel room and be closed there.
Since I enjoy travelling on budget Couchsurfing in combination with hitchhiking is great for spending less while meeting new people.
