ABOUT ME

Hey all you CouchSurfers out there. I'm Ivan, I'm 27 years old and I'm a medical doctor, currently doing my medical specialization in ears-nose-throat diseases in Germany. I'm not really good at describing myself, but let's say I like communicating and meeting different people. I believe that's something that makes life interesting. I would love to host you, show you around and get a drink with you, if I have the time for it. Please write in advance (let's say a couple of days before the arrival) :)

Interests

Like I said I'm a medical doctor, so you can clearly assume that I'm interested in medicine :). Also I've always enjoyed history, geography as well as learning foreign languages. My hobbies are traveling, sports, collecting badges...and going out I suppose. I can't really list all the thing I like...I'm usually open to new experiences :).
I really enjoy driving and traveling by car, that's why I like to organize road trips and hopefully I'll be able to get really far one day :).

Music, Movies, and Books

Heavy metal is the law, but depending on the mood I enjoy different kinds of music. I like watching movies, some of my favorites are "Scarface", "The Godfather", "Shawshank redemption" and many more :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

So far I've done 2 big road trips in my life:
The first one was from Bulgaria to Helsinki, Finland via Ukraine, Belarus and Russia and the Baltic states and Poland on the way back - 7000 km
The second one was from Bulgaria to North Cape, Norway. A journey through Central Europe, Germany and basically all of Scandinavia - 12 000 km
