About Me

CURRENT MISSION

I'm currently doing my masters in physics.

ABOUT ME

I am into science and science-y stuff. To learn at least one new interesting thing a day is a little goal of mine.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am fairly new to CS, although I created my account in 2009 (my sister did) It seems like an awesome opportunity to meet up with local people and getting to know how life in a city is really like. When I was in the US with a friend we met an awesome local from Dallas who was just super nice. He showed us the town and we always hung out with him. This is exactly what I wish my next trips to be like.

TL;DR: Getting to know people and just having a great time is what I really hope to achieve.

Interests

Once a week I go to a pubquiz (trivia quiz in a pub) with friends which is always great fun. Besides that I really like to play volleyball and cycling. Recently I try to get into drawing (works perfectly as a gift-maker talent for Christmas :D ). But my passion is to travel, which is currently quite difficult due to money issues.

Music, Movies, and Books

I dont really have a favorite kind of music. I like a lot of different genres and own a vinyl player. One of my favorite vinyl is Frank Sinatra(any), but also Pink Floyd (Wish you were here), and also less known country/indie -stuff. What I really enjoy about a vinyl is that you can just listen to a whole side, no matter if there are some songs you don't really know.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Climbed down the grand canyon. That was really impressive but also a little scary. It was like 42 degrees down there and we forgot to bring sufficient water.

Countries I’ve Visited

Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, England, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Turkey

Countries I’ve Lived In

Austria
