About Me
Hello! My name is Raul, 23, from Boulder, Colorado. Born originally in San Jose, CA but raised in Aurora, CO. New to the CS community.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
My 2 male, college-aged, roommates and I will be traveling to California for Spring Break 2019. All three of us are Mechanical Engineering seniors. I'd consider all of us to be very respectable, socially-aware, and fun guys. I have known both of my roommates for 2 or more years and consider them both family.
We have all been working hard to save up funds to road trip to California and are super excited about the idea of "coach surfing". Excited for 2 reasons: 1) Obviously it will help reduce the cost of the trip dramatically but 2) we are all excited to get to know the different California locals and see what the lifestyle is like. We truly do want to get to know you and possibly have a few times during our stay where we can go grab some food or go to the beach and learn about you!

What I Can Share with Hosts
I have interned at UTC Aerospace Systems and General Motors (GM) Automobile Company. This has gotten me to live in places like the rural York, Nebraska and the urban Baltimore, Maryland. I genuinely love to get to know different people and different cultures. I have a gift for connecting with people and am very excited for the experience! I also have 2 amazing friends to share with a host who have a good sense of humor. 1 friend of mine is Mexican and grew up 90% of his life in France. The other is Mexican-American who speaks amazing spanish.
