ABOUT ME

I was born in Ecuador, when I was 16 I started traveling cos of surfing and education. I moved to Europe and lived there for a while.

Moved to New Zealand went to university got several jobs such as : Dancer, surfing instructor, snowboarding instructor, sales rep and finally became a teacher!

I have been to 70 countries and I really love people! I find human beings fascinating and its amazing how much you learn from every person you meet!

I enjoy working as a teacher as I absolutely love the feeling of passing the youth all my knowledge:>

PHILOSOPHY

Quo vadis is a Latin phrase meaning "Where are you going?

I believe in contribution, destiny and reciprocity! we live in a really crazy and bizarre world where our values and priorities are all mixed up, reason why my motto is:
do unto others as you would have them do unto you Behave toward others as you would like to have them behave toward you, and love your neighbor!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

When I lived in Ecuador, I lived in a very famous place and I met people from all over the world! they usually stayed in my house and we exchanged addresses.
I kept in contact with some a lot of them and ended up visiting them! thats how I built my network then I heard about this project and voila I m here!!!

When I was in NZ I would literally offer my couch to anyone cos I love exchanging traveling stories with people.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

As I mentioned above I usually couch surfed with people I met before and friends of friends and viceversa!

I think this is a good way to meet cool people and make a contribution to the world!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Long time ago I was traveling in Latin America and I had a packed lunch in my backpack; this kid came into the bus asking for money, I gave him a can of tuna and my lunch.....he looked at me and said: I've never had money to buy anything in a can and smiled! his smile was soooo pure and uncorrupted that even now it gives me butterflies every time I think about it.

I was in Japan and I saw a chimpanzee wearing and overall and walking a dog on a leash.....it was surreal

Teach, Learn, Share

I write 2 diaries every day, one for my daily entries and another one for the dreams I have everyday!

I love writing about my dreams cos when I read back in the old entries sometimes I go:" Shoot this actually came true" and I have come to belief that dreams are the language of the world and if you really look into them you can see what the future holds"

Something that I am really concern about is: In December 2007 I dreamed that I was with all my family and we were crying and holding each other cos meteorites where falling from the sky and the world was coming to and end I was saying to my mom:"Hey mom please recognize me in the other side; when will be just souls and pls dont forget me" it was crazy cos as I was saying that to her I could hear all my brothers and sisters crying and the tv channel announcing the end of the days!

Just last week I was watching a documentary about 21/12/2012.........I knew that the Mayan Calendar finishes it on the same day but its also the day when all the planets in our galaxy will be completely in sync and ...........well you get the idea ......SPOOKY.....
