Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like to travel. Couchsurfing seems like a good way to do that while being notoriously broke. Plus, through my experience it is a wonderful thing to travel more random, being open for [insert whatever may happen] and turning the whole trip in another direction. This is only possible by meeting real people.

Interests

I like cookies, playing guitar, singing, photography, reading books and writing songs, traveling and - of course - fixing and driving my Trabant 601 (he's called "Hugo").

Favorite Movie: "The Big Lebowski" by Joel and Ethan Coen.

Favorite Book(s): The "Harry Hole" series by Jo Nesbø.

Favorite Music: Handmade and honest alternative rock that doen't take itself all too serious in sticking to a stylistic genre. My favorite band is "The National". If you want to dive further into my musical world, go listen to some Motorama, Red House Painters, Plantman, Savoy Grand, Delay Trees, Half Moon Run, Pavement and, for reasons of feeling 17 again, Farin Urlaub and Blink 182 :)

One time, my car broke down in Denmark so I lived in a very friendly "kollektiv" for a while.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I love to talk and exchange stories. I'm a great cook, as long as you like vegetarian bachelor food. Furthermore: Some guitar chords, photography fundamentals, help in digital film/photography post production. I can help you fix problems with your Trabant, if you happen to have one.
