ABOUT ME
I am an American ex-pat living in Edinburgh and am a member of the Forest Arts Collective (www.theforest.org.uk) an amazing and unique arts and events space powered by a volunteer run vegitarian cafe. It is called The Forest. I am mostly veggie but not strict about it. Like smoking, I am not a smoker but I have a puff when I feel like.
Um, I'm well traveled, have published books of poetry and am a pretty good cook after all this time running a kitchen.
I am currently working on a cartoon with a friend in New York City
PHILOSOPHY
Have a good time even in the worst of times.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I cooked a meal for a group of Budist Monks. Also, the waterfalls of Ithaca, were pretty awesome.
Teach, Learn, Share
I taught a woman, long ago, how to make guacamole. I can also teach hummus, salsa, a varity of salads, and many other exciting foods if given the time and ingrediants. I am always interested in other writers and welcome reading new works. I am the editor of many small publications and am always looking for new and interesting words.
