Overview
About Me
Currently based in Amsterdam where I completed my Masters in Art Conservation and Restoration. To keep me sane while trying to find an adult job, I travel the world to work on archaeological sites, and rant about archaeology on my YouTube channel, Dig it With Raven. To be honest, I'd be happy doing that full time.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm here to travel the world and meet the local, amazing people that make places what they are. A place to rest at night with a friendly face is definitely a lot more exciting than sitting alone in a hotel room!
Interests
You can probably tell I'm a huge history nerd by now. I studied ancient civilizations at school and can't get enough of it. But I'm always on the hunt for the next best taco and love getting outdoors for active adventures.

Music, Movies, and Books
Gimme all of it. Avid reader and always looking for a new good book. Love live music and dancing.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
One of the best travel experiences I have had was sailing up the Nile in a felucca, swimming in the river, dancing on the roof in the moonlight and then sleeping in the open on the water. Completely disconnected from the outside world and one of the best memories I have!
Teach, Learn, Share
I can talk about archaeology and history for AGES! I also know a bit of Dutch and German if you feel so inclined to learn some of that. Would love to learn Arabic and how to play the guitar at some point in my life.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Fun conversation, cooking tips, and weird historical facts.
