About Me

Hi everybody, My name is Ravi. I was born in the north of India, in a small town called Cheeka. I have completed my Bachelors of Technology degree from the University of Kurukshetra in 2011. I'm a full time freelancer & I passionately do web design, development and digital marketing. I’m happy with small things in life. If you look at my eyes, I’m always stoned but It’s all natural :)

I am an active host in Chandigarh when I had a room to offer. I am very friendly and easygoing and would love to exchange languages, stories and cultural differences. My most of the CS experiences are being good enough. I realized that goodbyes can be so hard to say but learned a lot with time. I still get attached very quickly though.

My life did not give me what i wanted. It gave me what i worked for. I'm in competition with no one. I run my own race. I have no desire to play the game of being better than anyone. I just aim to improve to be better than i was before.

I Loved to be spontaneous. But I can have as much fun drinking at bar as watching Netflix at home - whatever the night calls for. Love to sleep in peace when day is done.

Feel free to send me a message anytime if i could be of any help for anyone 🙏

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I had like to gain connections with locals and foreigners for a truly unique and authentic experience. I love to learn from others. I believe people come into our lives for a reason.

Everything in our life is not accidental. Something very powerful, some invisible force always leads us to the right places, people and situations. Every person comes to our life just at the right time.

"Imagine there's no countries
It isn't hard to do
Nothing to kill or die for
And no religion too
Imagine all the people
Living life in peace...

You may say I'm a dreamer
But I'm not the only one
I hope someday you'll join us
And the world will be as one"

- Imagine by John Lennon

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hosting travellers from all around the world.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach how to make a website or a blog.
I would love to learn from others about anything.
I can share my technical knowledge and personal experiences of my life.

Help somebody, teach someone or inspire people around you. Even if one person's life changes because of you they will remember you forever. You can't take anything with you when you die but you can leave behind a legacy.

If life gives you lemons, Make apple juice and make people wonder how the hell you did it.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can bring some traditional Indian souvenir. Would be glad to make some milk tea and fried egg sandwiches. Can teach you some Indian phrases. Can tell you about my country, culture and life in small towns/villages if you are interested. Can teach you some Yoga :)

Also, apart from this I can be an attentive listener.
