ABOUT ME

My name is Ravi.

I like to travel a lot and grad school has kept me busy for most of the last four years. Although I have known CS for some years now, I did not get a chance to either surf or host anyone. Now, that I have my own place and out of school, Im assuming Ill be active here in this community.

About Me ::
I have always dodged this question in most of the online web portals that ask to talk about yourself but I feel obligated to update this part here and update one liners.
I am a big sports enthusiast and am involved with lots of sports. Love to take lots of photographs and every once in a while try to reminisce in scanning through all my collection. I love taking challenges in a sportive way. I can never dance but every time I try I consider myself being the best of the lot ;)
Enjoy sunrises, sunsets and long rides. Love things I have around and try to make an effort to appreciate everything I have. I am lucky that I have loads of friends owing to my amiable nature to complete strangers (one aspect of mine I am proud of). When I find something new, I have the urge to explore every aspect of it. It has helped me in the past but mostly I end up spending lots of hours just to know stuff that might not even help me in any way (and I dont repent that).

Unfortunately I have not been an active member till now but moving forward, even if I am not surfing or hosting anyone, I would like to be an active local participant of the community. I would love to catch up with local friends, fellow couch surfers over coffee, local trips and maybe help around someone new to the place.

It depends on the mood that you are in. Skydiving, lots of sunrises/sunsets along appalachian trail.
- No Moon night sky in death valley and sunrise over the mountains from the sand dunes next morning.
