About Me
Update:
We moved from the black forest region in the south of Germany to the city of Hamburg in April 2023 😊😊. So we are still trying to get to know the area and the beautiful city of Hamburg 🌦️🌦️☀️☀️🌊🌊.
About me:
A kind free spirited guy from the beautiful country of Syria. Living and working in Germany. A Couchsurfer by night, a doctor working in a gp practice by day.
I think i am a quite person, a good listener (or so say most of my friends 😅), a series and films junkie, an ex-bookworm (trying to find my passion for books again) and a food lover with a sense of humor and a big heart.
I can be a bit of a control freak or a perfectionist sometimes but i am always trying to live with and love all the differences and uniqueness in each soul i meet.
My Motto is : live, love and lot the others do the same. I believe in karma too. She can be a bitch sometimes but she is a just and fair one.. So respect her!
And yeah!, try to cook some delicious meals for others every now and then, that will bring such joys to your soul, believe me :)
About Sami:
Sami ist a kind 32 year old guy with a heart of gold and a will to help anyone every second of the day.
Sami is working in catering and has a long working hours, so he would be out working most of the day.
He doesn't have a profile yet, but it's a work in progress 😊😅.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
The whole idea of couchsurfing is fascinating to me.
I want to meet new people and exchange the different life experiences with them, and while doing so, widening my horizons and just walk this life free from all the clichés and prototypes that our communitys plant in us from the early ages.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The journey from Syria to Germany with all the experiences here and there .
Every time i see a smile at a patient's face or receive a thank you from someone. It is such an eternal food for my soul :).
Going to a German school in Freiburg and talking about all the misunderstood ideas about syrian people and the syrian culture.
Teach, Learn, Share
i can share with you the colourful cultural and life experiences of the people of my country and i can teach you how to write your name in Arabic :)
Besides i can get you some recipes of good delicious syrian food or we can cook together sometime :)
I am a great talker so we can talk about everything. Nothing shockes me so easily. So you can be yourself around me, no worries 😅
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can share a lot with the people i meet here; the cultural similarities and differences and the way of living of the people of syria, which is very misunderstood or not really truely displayed in the Press or Media.
A great evening, music und delicious food.
I am a hugger, so expect lots of hugs 😅
