I'm a Texan who loves books, travel, and nature. Meeting people gives me so much energy and listening to their stories is one of the best ways to spend an hour (or two, or three, or.....).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I joined because I wanted to get out of my tourist bubble when traveling and meet people from all over.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My sister and I survived a tornado while camping once. It passed over our camp site barely missing us. We had to hide for 4 hours in the shelters.
