About Me

Student and interested in startups and sustainability :) Currently interning at one in Israel. Love to see and immerse in new things, especially attractions which have been hacked together by the locals. atlasobscura is my favourite travel website :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've started to travel on my own and have realised the best tips come from the locals - best food, cheapest (yet most valuable) experiences, great shops! Now as I'm planning a short backpacking trip across Central Europe, I'd love to make the best use of my time by avoiding the tourist traps and seeing the best the cities have to offer :)

Music, Movies, and Books

Favourite Music depends on the time period. In some order, i like rock (Pink Floyd, Led Zep, Lennon, GnR, Foo Fighters), Hannah Montana (it was a weird phase), hip hop (Eminem, Kanye, Hamilton the Musical, Nicki), Monolink.

Movies: Anything by tarantino, Friends and The Office

Books: Chuck Palahniuk's books, The Little Prince, White Teeth (Zadie Smith)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I once (kind of) saved a dog by giving him CPR!

Also, I realised while travelling around central europe that I didn't drink any water in my 5 days in the Czech Republic. No wonder they have the highest beer consumption per capita!

Teach, Learn, Share

I love teaching, learning and sharing about new ideas, innovations, social phenomena, pop and ancient cultures. That stuff really has helped me connect and learn a lot. I believe it's also taught me to be more open minded and is probably the underlying reason for why I love trying unique foods!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I bring stories from the East, just like the travelers of the past. That aside, I can share a lot of stories and some life-hacks from my experiences in my startup, in my original home (India) and the army.

Countries I’ve Visited

Canada, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Israel, Malaysia, Nepal, Philippines, Thailand

Countries I’ve Lived In
